Care Orders
A Care Order gives parental responsibility for a child, including parental rights, to a local authority. We know that parents are worried in such circumstances, desperate to have their children home with them. We have years of experience of successfully reuniting parents with their children.
Supervision Orders
A Supervision Order requires a local authority to monitor and support the welfare of a child while they remain in the family home.
Emergency Protection Orders
An Emergency Protection Order gives a local authority immediate permission to remove a child from a home where they believe they are suffering from harm. Due to the urgency of such matters we act swiftly to support parents to ensure that they are fully aware of what is happening and to ensure that the matter may be involved as quickly as possible.
Secure Accommodation Orders
A Local Authority may apply for a Secure Accommodation Order when they believe that a young person may be in danger to themselves or those around them, or when they have a history of absconding.
If you need advice or assistance related to any of the above-mentioned Care Orders or Supervision Orders, we are here to help.
